Superman is even better the second and third times around. James Gunn has delivered an epically entertaining adventure that lives up to the hero who inspired it.

The Conjuring remains the best film in the ever-expanding “Conjuringverse.” It is also the best film in director James Wan’s career.

My opinion on Constantine has moved considerably from where it was when I first saw the film 20 years ago. I still don’t think it entirely works, but the positives do significantly outweigh the negatives.

After another look, I’m starting to feel like we’re all going to look back on Joker: Folie à Deux and realize that collectively we got this one wrong.

A Quiet Place: Part One isn’t only a fantastic prequel, it’s just plain great all on its own outside of the two wonderful A Quiet Place films that preceded it.
